You will receive your tracking number in your order receipt. If you entered your phone number instead of email address, you will not receive an automatic tracking number. If for whatever reason you cannot find your tracking number anywhere, please fill out the form below and we will help track your package for you.
If you haven't received your order, our Customer Care team will check tracking for you. If your tracking number specifies that the order was delivered to the address on file, we are unable to reship your order.
If your order bounces back to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship your order quickly.
All orders delivered to the address used for your order are unable to be reshipped.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return an item, please contact us using the form below. This will help us stay organized with your returns and/or exchanges.
- Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
- We will not accept returns past 10 business days after we have sent a courtesy return/exchange label.
- If the return or exchange does not pass our inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
- All items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items covered in animal or human hair will not be accepted.
- Items that smell like smoke, cologne, deodorant, etc. cannot be accepted back for health reasons.
- It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed.
- All clearance sales are final.
- A full refund will be issued if your items pass inspection. If you added Route Shipping protection to your order, that will not be refunded.

Route Shipping Protection ensures that if an item is lost, stolen or damanged, you will be able to quickly receive a replacement.
